The AGM is an important part of the year where were come together online to dicuss our organisation.This year is especially important as we need to discuss growth, membership categories, training opportunties. We can only do this with the full participation of our members. We also need some members to step in to the Executive Committee space and this will be explained at the AGM- the team will mentor and support new EC members and a bonus is you have free membership. Key information has been sent with remits. Only fully paid up professional members can vote. All members can attend the AGM.Anyone is welcome to join us for the guest speakers $20 fee for non members- must pay and register

HOW TO VOTE

1. ATTEND THE AGM IN PERSON (ON LINE AND CAST VOTE LIVE)

2. ARRANGE FOR ANOTHER PROFESSIONAL MEMBER TO VOTE ON YOUR BEHALF (PROXY VOTE)

3. SUBMIT YOUR REMIT VOTE BY EMAIL TO THE CHAIR  (REMITS ARE IN THE MEMBER SECTION UNDER DOCUMENTS) (EMAIL VOTES MUST BE RECEIVED BY MIDNIGHT 11 JUNE)

4. TO NOMINATE YOURSELF YOUR SOMEONE ELSE TO THE EC PLEASE EMAIL HERE

In addtiion to the AGM we are offering two wonderful guest speakers as part of the committment the newly elected 2024  EC to ensure any funds from events are channelled into member education.

Our Guest speakers (open to the public plus members)

1. Rixt Botello (NZ) "Understanding Low Dose Methodology with Healing Plants". Rixt is an experienced natural health practitioner and author with a wealth of experience to share. Her website is here

2. Deby Atterby- an Australian aromatherapist, owner of the Aromatherapy Today Journal and Aromatica Australia Conference Series. Deby has been invovled in Australian Aromatherpay for more than 30 years, and will be sharing her expertise on the Australian essential oil industry, new essential s oils and posisbly time for an overview of the current state of aromatherapy in Australia.
