Best 'Clinical Aromatherapy Service' of the year
The Gattefossé Foundation launches a competition for aromatherapists working in clinical settings. Candidates should submit their aromatherapy service in an e-poster before Oct 20th 2023.
A first selection will nominate 4 finalists to present at an online event called ‘Aroma Showcase’ on Dec 7th 2023 and attendees will elect the best clinical aromatherapy service for patients of the year - a prize of €1,000 for the institution.

What are the rules?
The Gattefossé Foundation organizes a competition to elect the best Aromatherapy Service – worldwide - offered to patients. Participants should send an electronic poster presenting their clinical aromatherapy service between May and October 20th, 2023. In addition, in the application form, participants must download a short video presentation of their work (2 min max) and a picture of the team.
A jury of independent experts will preselect 4 candidates to participate at the Aroma showcase - a free online event scheduled for 7 December 2023 and organized by the Gattefossé Foundation.
During the event, each candidate will make a 10 min oral presentation to attendees who will vote electronically to elect the best "Aromatherapy Service 2023". The winner will receive a recognition plaque and a prize of €1,000 for their institution.
Who can apply?
Certified aromatherapists or professionals trained in aromatherapy as a complementary approach, working in clinical settings.
It is imperative that the project is supported by the institution head and management. This program is not for independent healthcare professionals.

It is mandatory to add a short video presentation of the poster (2 min max) and a picture of the therapist(s).
Each candidate should guarantee the accuracy and veracity of the information that he/she provides.
Any application that is illegible, incomplete, or not fitting the eposter format and content, shall be considered void - rules of the program are available on the platform.
Special attention is given to innovative approaches that can benefit the community.
English is required for all submissions and oral presentation.
